| Transport & Flights |
| Direct flights from London Heathrow to Delhi Indira Gandhi are not included in the package but we will help you to book your flights with a good quality airline where you will expect to pay around £350 - £500 return depending on times and class.. |
| All transport for activities and workshops and between destinations is included. We will have an air-conditioned minibus for most of the trip although jeeps / 4 wheel drive vehicles will be used off the main roads.The trip will include one overnight first class train journey on our return to Delhi . The sleeper carriage will be equipped with beds, washing facilities and bedding. |

| Accommodation |
| All accommodation in good quality hotels, heritage hotels and guest houses will be provided. Breakfast and room service will be available throughout. We have chosen hotels most often with the emphasis on character and indian charm rather than the sleek and modern out of town chains. All will be clean, friendly with ensuite facilities and hot water. |

| Immunisations |
| Although there are no obligatory injections required for India some immunisations or boosters are recommended. It is advisable to discuss your own particular needs with your doctor or practice nurse. Recommended injections include: Hepatitis A, Tetanus, Typhoid, Polio and Diphtheria. |

| Passport & Visas |
| You must have a valid passport and an Indian visa to enter the country. Tourist visas cost £30; are normally valid for six months and for multiple entries. Forms are available from the High Commission of India in London . |

| If you would like us to organise your visa then tick the relevant box on the tour booking form and we will send you the application forms. When you complete and return these to us with all documents and fees requested we will then submit your applications in person at the visa offices. There will be an additional admin charge of £15 per person. |

| Travel Insurance |
Although we have public liability insurance it is up to the individual traveller to obtain adequate travel insurance. Please contact us if you would like any advice and suggestions for reputable insurers. |
